Description on:
Exhaust manifold, is connected with the engine cylinder body,
concentrating the exhaust gas of each cylinder to import the
main exhaust manifold, with different pipeline. The main
requirements for it are, as far as possible to reduce the
exhaust resistance, and avoid mutual interference between the
cylinders. When the exhaust concentrated excessively, the
cylinder will generate mutual interference.
That is, when a cylinder exhausts, just meets the other cylinder
to run into the exhaust gas.
Thus, it will increase the resistance of the exhaust to reduce
the engine output power. The solution is to make each cylinder
exhaust to be separated as far as possible. Each cylinder a
branch, or a branch of the two cylinder, and make each branch as
long as possible and independent molding to reduce the gas in
different tubes.
