Our Dandong Foundry could produce elevator cast iron wheels. The followings are the main technical requirements for the production of cast iron wheels used on elevators.
1. Material Requirements: Cast iron wheels should be made of high-strength cast iron materials with good wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
2. Dimensional Accuracy: The diameter, thickness, aperture and other dimensions of the cast iron wheel should meet the design requirements to ensure accurate matching with other components.
3. Surface Quality: The surface of the cast iron wheel should be flat and smooth, without defects such as sand holes, pores, cracks, etc.
4. Mechanical Properties: The cast iron wheel should have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the load and impact during the operation of the elevator.
5. Wear Resistance: The surface of the cast iron wheel should have good wear resistance to extend the service life.
6. Lubrication Requirements: The bearing parts of the cast iron wheel should be designed with a reasonable lubrication system to ensure good lubrication effect.
7. Noise Control: The cast iron wheel should generate low noise during operation and not affect the use environment of the elevator.
8. Safety Performance: The cast iron wheel should comply with relevant safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety of the elevator operation.
