Application on:
Cast iron is mainly composed of iron, carbon and silicon.
Cast iron can be divided into:
1. Grey cast iron. Its casting and machining performance is
better, so it is usually used in the manufacture of machine tool
bed, cylinder, enclosure structure, etc.
2. White cast iron. It is usually used in the production of wear
resistant components and malleable iron billet.
3. Malleable iron. It is usually used in the complex-shaped and
intensive dynamic loading parts.
4. Nodular cast iron. It is usually used in manufacture of
internal combustion engine, auto parts and agricultural
machinery.
5. Vermicular cast iron. It is usually used in the manufacture
of auto parts.
6. Alloy cast iron pieces. It is usually used in the manufacture
of mining, chemical machinery, instruments, meters and other
parts.
